Would any one know where I can find copies of the folowing books:
1. Emile Borel & Andre Cheron, _The Mathematical Theory of Bridge_ (3d ed., English translation)
2. Frederick H. Frost & Robert E. Kibler, _Bridge Odds Complete:
Probabilities in Contract Bridge_
3. Terence Reese and David L. Bird, _That Elusive Extra Trick_
The Borel and Reese/Bird books are available through abebnoks, but each is $150 or more! I have also unnaturally checked Baron Barclay, Bridge Shop,
Bridge-us, eBay, Jannersten, Postfre, and other major book search engines.
