opening lead against no trump - 2008/06/09 18:15
Rather than leading 4th down (rule of 11), can someone comment on the following proposal.....lead an odd numbered card for a suit that you'd like returned, lead any even numbered card for a suit that you do not have any defensive interest with with the possibility that a higher numbered even card might suggest you'd like a higher ranking suit led and a lower numbered even card suggest you might like a lower ranked suit......e.g I lead the 10 of hearts against 3NT telling my partner I don't like hearts and I may want a spade led to me.......
