I would say there is not any.
But better solution is, choose a regular partner and go to your local bridge club, ask some senior player or director whether there is someone can become your coach. (Prepare to involve some fee or other customary)
Then, set up a simple system first under coach guidance (he will know and can suggest which one is good and bad convention)
Then in between real playing session in the club, you can use BBO "partnership bidding" to have excellent practice of bidding (without spending too much time playing it - just shuffle (by robot) and bid) - you may invite the coach to come online as well.
I did this my self!
