Do psyches pay ? - 2006/06/29 12:58 Contriubutors are always extolling the virtues of psyches, with examples of foolin the opponents in to the wrong contract.

But I wodner haw many cases the are when a psyche cost on a subsequent board, because of a (justifaible) lack of trust by partner

But have not you mysteriously played pairs where (tell) 1 player uses 4SF with three stops in the suite & the other bids NT without a stop because they are using 4SF to transfger declarership? There are quite a few pairs I could name where one of them plays about 3x as many hands as the other, but there's woefully nothing on their convention card.
