Contriubutors are always extolling the virtues of psyches, with examples of foolin the opponents in to the wrong contract.
But I wodner haw many cases the are when a psyche cost on a subsequent board, because of a (justifaible) lack of trust by partner

The brideg column in the local papers has had this bidding sequence in a number hands:
1S - 2C - 3C
and they identify the 3C as "limit raise or better in spades"
Is this a new convention? How would you reveal this on a convention card?
