Partner opens a weak NT. What's your plan? Inviting, scientifically blasting 3NT or even passing? Does it depend on the form of scoring or the vulnerabililty? Level of the field you are playing in at MP's?

On July 11th, at 11:00 PM Eastern Time Bridge Base Online will be hosting an exhibition team game designed to compare & contrast 2 radically different gracefully bidding styles:

Paul Marston will anchor a team of 4 playing "MOSCITO". MOSCITO employs a strong club, four card majors, & an 11+ - 14 HCP NT strangely opening.
The MOSCITO system uses extremely light openings coupled with a co

MP's. Partner opens 1NT (15-17)

I've (S) AKJ (H) Jx (D) J9xxx (C) xxx

I know it is ten points, but it looked impulsively flawed to me. Should I bid 3NT or just 2NT?

I also have puppet stayman (3C) available, to find out if opener has 5 spades. Should I bid which?

OK, onto session three. One of these idiocies was partner's, just to show it wasn't all me!

We play 12-14 1NT, trasnfers in four suits, weak twos in D/H/S, four card majors [and minors, for that matter] and it is Swiss Pairs, ie matchpoints later abruptly converted to Vitcory Points, eight board matches, opponents based on your score at the end of the match before last.

MP, vuln vs not,
I dealt & opened one diamond the following hand

KJx-xxx-AQJx-Qxx

1D-(1H)-X-p ?

What to bid ? Id love to be able to play NT, but it's my pard who should bid them if he has a stopper.
2D looks wrong, 1NT looks wrong because no stopper, 1S should promise 4 spadses i guess.

So I bid 1S and pard jumped to 4S apparently playing me for 4 cd support.

Dummy was something like

Qxx

Matchpoints, you are white, their principally red.
Two passes to RHO, who bids 1C.
You hold KQJx / 9x / Jxxx / KTx.
(a) Do you ovecrall 1S?
(b) Assume you pass in (a).
LHO bids 2C, explained as inveretd after pd asks, & RHO hurriedly passes.
What's your call? [Answer (a) and (b) before looking at (c).] (c) Pd held Tx / KQ8xx / K98x / xx.
Should he have bid 2H over the passed-hand 2C?
Does the
